During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenience of having friendly and helpful staff. The staff quickly resolved our issues when we encountered them and were always available to assist us. the hotel was located in close proximity to the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the city. Plus, the availability of a refreshing pool was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with mold found in one of the bathrooms and bugs present in the other room we had to switch to.

There wasn't much to like. The only positive thing about my stay was that there was a free shuttle to the casinos, Which saved me a 25 dollar cab ride. On the other hand... the location is far enough that it warrants a shuttle or expensive cab ride.
I only stayed here because I booked last minute and it was a holiday weekend. This was literally the only place that had vacancy, and clearly there's a reason for that. I would never stay here or any place like this ever again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This motel room should not have cost more than 50$ per night. But because of the holiday weekend I payed $200. If I had payed $50 I would have at least been expecting what I saw. I thought that it couldn't possibly be that bad considering the price, but it was. The place was dirty inside and out. The room smelled awful. My girlfriend put our own beach blanket over the bed and we slept on that rather than the sheets. We considered sleeping in my car.

Horrible, I would not stay at this Hotel ever again. The room smelled like urine. The beds were very uncomfortable and it was a horrible experience. We couldn't wait to leave. They should not be allowed to run a hotel in such horrid conditions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our visit. The hotel's convenient location, near the Boardwalk and the casinos, made it easy for us to explore the city's attractions. We also appreciated the fact that the bus stopped right in front of the hotel, providing us with convenient transportation options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel was the worst experience i've had, the service was terrible, the room stunk, the toilet did not flush, I was given a plunger to plung my own mess...... And the management had no clue.
I didn't like anything about the hotel...Only styed because they would not refund us our money, I learned websites are very deceiving and the hotel was nothing like the pictures online....Lesson learned do further research before you choose a place to relax for a weekend!!!!!

The staff was quite rude. We had a problem with our rooms at first and when we complained, they switched us to another room which shortly after, we left to go to atlantic city. Then, the next morning, when we went to take a shower, the tub was completely blocked and the water quickly rose with disgusting content so no one in my family could take a shower. then we went to go complain around 10 in the morning when checkout was at 11. The manager was extremely rude. He told us that he could not do anything to help us. which we found quite wrong. He told us that we came too close to checkout time and if we would have come earlier, he would have had us switch rooms AGAIN. We told him repeatedly that he was being rude to us, and rather than helping us relove the issue, he told us that he doesnt want customers like us at the hotel. I had a slip of tongue and used the word bloody once, then he went on and on using fowl language. He sent one of his guys to go check the room and when the guy came back and confirmed the problems, the manager continued to ignore our complaint, telling us that he cannot do anything for us. The owner/president of the hotel was sitting in the lobby, and when the manager told the owner what the problem was, the owner was quite rude to us also. We told him the problems and he replied, "who is going to pay to fix that stuff?" That was very offensive. Then after a bit of arguing, the manager specifically told us to "get out."
